1. Digital Product Refunds
Since AI portrait images are digital and instantly delivered, all purchases are generally non-refundable.
However, refunds may be issued if:
- You were charged twice
- You received no generated results
- There was a verified technical issue preventing generation
You must contact us within 7 days of purchase.
2. No Refunds For
- Change of mind
- Not liking the AI output
- Incorrect image uploads
- Using the tool incorrectly
3. How to Request a Refund

- Order number
- Payment receipt
- Description of issue
We respond within 48 hours.
4. Chargebacks
Filing an unsubstantiated chargeback may result in account suspension.
